The attachment is suitable for automatic counting and filling of tablets, capsules, coated tablets, pills as well as lentil, bean or ball shaped objects with a diameter from 5 to 20 mm into bottles, tins etc. Change over from one set of filling parts to another and from one object-shape to another can be done in a few minutes. Tablet and Capsules are counted using filling or counting tracks. Coated tablets and similar objects are counted with a objects are counted with a rotating disc.

Capacity : depends up on the size of the object and number of objects in each container. Tablets and Capsules range between 1000 – 1500 fills per hour, coated tablets between 1500 – 1800 per hour. The apparatus can be supplied as a combination machine for all types of objects or only for tablets or capsules or coated tablets. All contact parts are made of stainless steel, anodized aluminum alloy or plastic. The counting and filling attachment is designed to be connected on all main drives.
